Application Process
You can apply for one of our Rental Homes by doing the following:
1. Print up Application Form (Application & Crime Free Addendum)
2. Fill out as completely as you can. Please use Black Ink ONLY. All applications are subject to a background check. This includes Credit, Criminal (Federal, State, Local, Sex Offenses) and Prior Evictions. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
3. Check made payable to “Galvan & Gardner Property Mgmt Group”. This fee is non-refundable and is used to process your application for tenancy.
a. $35.00 if one Adult will rent Home.
b. $50.00 if more than one Adult will rent home.
4. Deliver the above documents with your Check to the following location:

NOTE: If you fax or email the Application, you MUST tender the Application Fee before we can process your Application. For Application Status Inquiries, please contact Daniela at (719) 231-0816.

6. Pet Deposits Notes:a) ALL PET DEPSOTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
b) If rental property grants pets, all pet deposits shall be due & payable upon Lease Signing.c) Pet Deposit amounts are payable as follows:
1. Cats: $150.00 for each domestic cat
2. Dogs:
· Less than 20 pounds $150.00
· 20-40 pounds $200.00
· Over 40 pounds $250.00
3. Birds: $200.00 per bird
4. Tank Animals: $0
5. Each & every pet is approved on a case by case basis as they require individual investor approval.
